I am trying to test NetInventory to improve our inventory management for network devices. However, when I use the glpi-netinventory module, it stops here.

the "500 Internal Server Error ... JSON does not validate" error message can occur with outdated GLPI version. Latest is 10.0.15, which version of GLPI are you using ?
If not up-to-date, please upgrade first you GLPI server.

For the php-errors.log, you should check agent log at the same date to find what was the request.

For the agent log, well, this is definitively the first time I see a successful snmp scan but with nothing really detected. My guess is your credentials are okay, but this doesn't give full access to any relevant OID. Check you credentials definition on your networking device, it should give full access to all OIDs.

What kind of device are you trying to inventory ?
