When replying "YES" to welcome SMS, the body sent to the Redirect SMS is blank

As per the documentation, during the Opt-in via SMS flow, when the user replies YES to the welcome SMS, the subscriber_number and access_token will be sent in the body of the request to the Redirect URI set in the APP.

However, the body is an empty JSON Object.
