Add to collections behaving weirdly

1. For one contact if I search in Optin collection I can see them but cannot see them to add them to another collection; this seemed to fix itself and I was able to see it aty a later point

2. In some collections if I try to add users I am unable to search and it feels like search api is being limited ot top 10 or 20 and cannot search for other inputs; also search results seem all over the place - adding a few snaps to showcase this behavior
