SizeZ is always set to 1, which seems to cause some tile offsets to be incorrect or out of order. This causes errors as reported in https://forum.image.sc/t/bioformats2raw-support/33447. A test dataset with 26 Z sections is in inbox/mrxs-multi-z/.

@camlloyd: This is not high on our priority list to resolve at the moment. If you are in a position to work on it and submit a PR please do!
