Cards are legal from pre-release now, not release

Passing the mouse over Wilds of Eldraine shows the date of September 8th which is the date of the release. It might mistakingly lead to believe that this is the date of the Standard legality of the set given that, well, this website is about Standard legality. However since ONE, sets are legal since their pre-release, which would be September 1st for WOE, so maybe this is the relevant date to display.

Thanks for opening the issue! Agreed, we should correct something here. We'll probably want to support both types of dates so we can express the difference between "usable in decks" and "available for purchase".
