Moodle version : 3.5
Essential version : 2018051900 (maturity beta)

As said in title, I noticed that something in Essential template prevents the Moodle Adminer plugin to open.

The Adminer plugin opens a frame so you can access to database administration. But when navbar is set to open under the banner, the Adminer frame doesn't show. Although it seems to be here, because I can't click anywhere, as if an invisible window was open ! If I set the navbar at the top of the page, the problem disappear.

I didn't see if the problem appears with other Moodle plugins.

Sorry, I should have copied the url for this tool : https://moodle.org/plugins/local_adminer
Of course, it is not a native function !

I forget all those information... Sorry (and sorry for my english too...).
I'm using the last version of the plugin, release 2018050900 for Moodle 3.5.

Ok the navbar does not prevent the open. Installed 3.5 (2018102100) (2018102100) on M3.5.3 and the tool does not even work on Clean! Therefore Andreas Grabs needs to fix the tool to support Clean before I consider making it work with Essential.
