Icon-color not used for every icon ?

Hello,

I am not sure if it is a bug or not but see the attached file.
I selected a red color for icons but some of them (surrounded with green) are still blue (it seems to be the essential "default blue").

To be honest, its a problem I've been trying to solve for years! I'm going to write a post on it and see if there is anybody else who can help.
