I'm using Feelback for simple text feedback. Is there any way to export the data or run a report? Currently, I can only see comments one by one, and it takes me 2-3 clicks to go from one comment to the next. The only way I see to review the comments as a group would be to navigate to each comment, manually select it and then copy/paste it into a separate document, and use 3 clicks/5 seconds going to the next comment, etc. That's not workable for a site that gets significant feedback. I feel like I must be missing something. I'd love to keep using Feelback but the current system seems unusable. Thanks for any guidance.

My use case: I have Feelback components (simple text comment, no name) on every page of my site. I want to be able to easily review the comments all at once so I can get an overview of the feedback. Ideally, this info would be in a table that could be exported to .csv so I could analyze it in a spreadsheet.

I'd like the feedback presented in a table, with each piece of user-submitted feedback being one row, and with column headings like:

  • url of the page the component was sent from (so I can understand the feedback, which might say 'this page is confusing')
  • date and time feedback was sent (to analyze to see what type of feedback I get at what time)
  • feedback content (mine is just text comments; for more complicated ones, this could be several columns, one for each part of the feedback, like text, happy/neutral/sad, email, etc.)
  • component type (optional, but could be useful for analyzing the feedback)

Thanks!

Also, I would love to be notified by email when new feedback is given. Ideally, I could get a weekly email digest of comments posted.
