Asp syntax is similar to that of Python.

Using a regex to find usage, I get roughly 11-15 files if I exclude asplang.

This means that the language doesn't meet the popularity threshold to be added at the moment, but feel free to create a PR in the meantime.

Also, you can at least use an override in .gitattributes to get python's syntax highlighting:

*.asp linguist-language=python

Please don't. The PR will be closed as 11 files is a very long way from meeting requirements and we don't want PRs hanging around for such low usage.
