Get language list from github linguist

How to get language list from github linguist in Javascript ? I need to use it to prevent user submitting source code in email attachments. This repository seems reliable and makes sense to give the benefit.

Each language is listed as the primary key in the languages.yml file so you can read in and parse the file and extract just the keys.
