Original cdrom of ebooks published in June 1990 http://articles.latimes.com/1991-09-25/business/fi-2720_1_compact-disc

Robert Hustwit generally selects older books in the public domain to avoid having to pay for copyrights. Once converted to electronic form, World Library can copyright the disc and license it to other companies.

copyright applied to books like The Merchant of Venice

We need to clear the copyright of these books to include them in the collection
