Expand large-image-converter output types

The conversion module outputs tiff images regardless of the suffix of the requested output file path. tiff can still be used as an intermediate format (so that lower resolution levels will be automatically created), but an additional step may be necessary to convert from tiff to the format suggested by the output path suffix.
