Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the block views work. However, if the blocked site plays a video, the user can still hear the sound.

Describe the solution you'd like
Need to plan for a solution to completely block the website content and sound.

Describe alternatives you've considered
May consider redirecting the user to our site that displays the block view.
