To build the project, use CMake. Before running CMake, make sure that CGAL, Boost, GMP, MPFR are installed on your system. Please note that depending on your system, the supplied makefile CMakeLists.txt may need to be edited slightly. We have tested this project on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. The libraries were installed using HomeBrew on our machines.

Commands for building and running the project: 
Prepare: cmake . 
Build: make 
Run: ./FastSparseSpanner
