This release has a few community-added features as well as some of my own improvements. Thank you everyone who contributed! New features:

• a new extension option allows shift+f to immediately focus the newly opened tab
• typing backspace in link mode will eventually break out of link mode
• the hjkl scrolling commands can now take a multiplier
