Bypass Spreadshhet Mapping

You can currently only extract invoice data from spreadsheets with the endpoint /api/invoice/transform-and-create. There should be another endpoint /api/invoice/create which bypasses the invoice data extraction from a spreadsheet file and directly consumes JSON in the internal format.
