Introduce dependencies/warnings from {cancerprof} API to the app

E.g. female cancers should appear if the 'female' sex is selected

E.g. stage options should be limited if they are not available for a certain cancer type.

If a warning comes from the {cancerprof} package, then show the warning instead of having the app crash.

This issue has been partially resolved - the app will give a blanket warning instead of crashing. However, the warning could be made more informative.
