Unable to find a good shape file for WA health service areas

Currently using this: https://data.dartmouthatlas.org/supplemental/, but doesn't match with cancerprof data

To clarify, the HSA IDs for the cancerprof data do not match the IDs from the HSA shape file on the Dartmouth Atlas. A different shape file needs to be found that matches the IDs on the cancerprof database, or some ID conversion needs to happen
