NEW: Run UmbrelOS without dedicated hardware

I created a Docker container of UmbrelOS, so it can be run on any system without the need for dedicated hardware or virtual machines. Ofcourse this method will not be officially supported, but it might be useful for some people who don't mind to experiment.
