Summary

  • Combined notes from 0.9.13 to 1.0.2
  • Peppino knob graphic style refined to follow designated palette color theme (and not being such an ugly style anymore;)).
  • Setup/Settings editor: differ between edit text being changed and just finished and committed.
  • Cancel button option added to close to system-tray icon message.
  • Introduce Setup/Settings custom editing per engine.
  • Updated to QT Framework 6
  • Custom color themes are now file based (*.conf); legacy still preserved ntl.
  • Add PipeWire (pw_init) support.

Resolves #4441

Test Plan

@sheepman4267 tested using a USB General MIDI keyboard (some cheapo Casio model) and this soundfont.

I think I need a midi input to test this it builds fine and runs
