Close debugging terminal if the job fails before it starts #11

The debugging terminal keeps trying to open a REPL
But if the job fails before it can, the debugging terminal will continue trying, needlessly
Ideally, this would close the debugging terminal once the job fails, assuming it never opened a REPL
