A "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cooltools.expected' error is raised when trying to import HiCTools.

i think this may be related to a recent major cooltools update;
cooltools.expected is located in cooltools.lib.expected

Hi!
Can you tell me which version of cooltools you are using? With 0.4.0 as in the setup script, it should work. Maybe you have updated to a newer version accidentally?

Hi! Thanks for the answerss, I indeed updated to the newer version of cooltools, because I needed it for some functions.
