Merge PR #2138 and PR #2100 (Update operational run scripts)

This commit informs the GCClassic superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

1ffb7e8a3 Merge PR #2138 (Run scripts for Imperial College London HPC)
6064d611d Updated changelog for Imperial College London runscript update
b0f418909 Merge branch 'feature/ICL_scripts' of github.com:sdeastham/geos-chem into feature/ICL_scripts

This updates operational run script examples for Harvard and
Imperial College London.  No source code was changed.
