Cadastrapp - Sidebar Docks Panels hide stats widget #597

Describe the bug

Cadastrapp and widgets can't be opened together.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to cadastrapp context
Create stats widget
open cadastrapp
Cadastrapp UI hide widget

Expected behavior
Cadastrapp and widget still available and visible.

I suspect this issue concerned global extension system with Responsive dock panel.

But i could open it in mapstore2-cadastrapp instead if you prefer ? Or just reply to georchestra/mapstore2-cadastrapp#178

Maybe this is link with this many issues :

Cadastrapp don't use migration requirement

DockPanel not added to list (or bad practice ?)
