[Street View] Ability for administrators to define the default size and position of the Streetview window

Description

When I open street view plugin in the map it's open on the middle of the map with a specific size (width and height). We'd like to be able to parameter this in the plugin configuration.

Issue is that the window need to be modified every time to see the image date
