I think it's worse than that, it's an image controlled by camptocamp. This should be hosted outside of camptocamp org since this is the public project.

Anyway, not sure what would changing the version offering since this docker image doesn't change much: https://github.com/camptocamp/docker-exim (latest change last november 2023)

Totally agree on camptocamp image
we should create smtp thing under geOrchestra
