[SwissTopo] [Datahub] Add a search filter in Organization panel

As a user, when I am in the Organization panel, I would like to quickly find an organization.

Todo

• Add a filter text field in the panel at the top of the organizations page (where there is the presentation text & the sort-by dropdown)
• This field should have a "magnifying glass" icon like the one for the main records search, as well as a placeholder saying "Filter results"
• The filter field should also have a clear button when it's not empty (like the main search field)
• Next to the filter field, a text should state the amount of organizations displayed
• Filtering should be based on the following fields of the organization:
  • name
  • email
