Remove ambiguity in sense of slip for 3D faulting #769

Description

The fault normal direction is assigned arbitrarily based on the orientation of the cohesive cells. As a result, the Z component can be positive or negative. Seismological conventions for the sense of slip assume a positive Z component. As a result, the sense of slip is flipped if the fault normal direction has a negative Z component.

Desired Solution

Ideally, we want the sense of slip to be consistent with seismological conventions and independent of the fault normal direction. The sense of slip needs to be consistent across the entire fault surface, so this is something that must be determined by all processes.
