Description

Right now, we hardwire material-id as the label for distinguishing among materials. This worked fine for meshes imported from our ASCII file format or Cubit. However, Gmsh does not support multiple tags for the same name.

Desired Solution

Use a user-specified label name and value for materials. I believe this breaks some things we do at a higher level related to cells, so we may need another label over just cells.
