Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To remove duplicated contigs one would like to quickly browse the dot plot to check if the duplication is real or not and extract the coordinates. At the moment if the duplicated contigs are small compared to the complete dot plot, you have to zoom out, find the place, zoom in and click to present the local dot plot. But we could use a selection of contigs pairs coming from the association table to do this.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a text box to dgenies in which one can paste contig pairs. If the user clicks on one line of the list the dot plot of this pair is presented. Add a button enabling to present the reverse pair. Two arrows a the top of the list enable to go up an down easily in the list.

Describe alternatives you've considered
