The current cross connect to another network is cursed. Making line item to bother myself to fix this horribleness.

Idea

  • XC connected to MikroTik PCIe on Core server
  • PCIe router does BGP peering with XC route server
  • Broadcast our routes
  • Internal peering with main router, blast all the routes we get with normal filers

I went for the funny MikroTik NIC. We already have a 25G optic and 10G optic good to go for the NIC.

TODO priority would be getting the internal peering configured between the cursed router NIC and the main router.

  • Has the configuration been set?
