Allow internal links to gene product and annotation pages to keep current filters

Currently, when switching to another "view" current filters are lost.

This would add another button (or similar) to get the current page's bookmark and use that as the base for the transfer URL, possibly going through a map when switching between types (e.g. evidence would need to be dropped going from annotation to GP, and that would also need to be communicated to the user).
