Dataparser doesn't recognize podc files. #96

The data parser doesn't seem to distinguish between a raw pol datafile and a podc file.

Recovering rm journals for issue:

mperrin: Max, can you comment on what the desired behavior for this one would be? Are there specific recipes you have in mind?

maxmb: When you select podc files it treats them as raw data and currently recommends the recipe "Basic Polarization Sequence (From Raw Data)".
It should instead recognize that they're datacubes and return "Basic Polarization Sequence (From podc cubes)".
