Using time abbreviation time abbreviation value set is preferred for MedicationRequest.dosageInstruction.timing.code.
But the version used lack of any code to support continue infusions, so there is not a way to identify them with the current profile.
I encourage you to adopt the expansion of 26 March 2023 which includes a special code for Continuous infusion despite it relates to FHIR 5.
