Summary

Hello.

Currently, there is a mismatch, or maybe a lack of definition, regarding the codification required for Substance.

  • First, at Medication entity level, ASK codification is mentioned at Medication.ingredient.item[x]:itemCodeableConcept.coding:ASK
  • But the valueSet for 'SubstanceCode' , only mentions SNOMED_CT.

Documentation should clarify the codification to use. Is SNOMED_CT allowed for substance codification in Gematik's profile? Should ASK be prioritized instead?
