If one has added Docker stable repo and disabled it afterwards prior to running the role, then the task "[geerlingguy.docker : Add Docker GPG key.]" does nothing, Docker stable repo does not get enabled and the task "[geerlingguy.docker : Install Docker packages (with downgrade option).]" fails. Affects Fedora 39 at least.
