Can you a little bit more specific how you solved that problem (where do you put those lines in)?
I just did
//#define ENABLE_OLED
but if I am switching to a camera with OLED I would like to have this issue solved. Thanks!

This tutorial sucks balls.. i get loads of errors about files not being able to find wifi.h which it find more then one etc etc. For people that are new to this, this whole proces is impossible
