YouTube extension in GCwiki not working

When trying to embed a YouTube video in a GCwiki page, the extension does not appear to be available using the source or the visual editor.

Those instructions are for gcpedia, to embed a youtube video in a GCwiki page the way to do it is using https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:IframePage
for example:
{{Special:IframePage/YouTube|path=4ht22ReBjno}}

looks like the language link in from the french to the english page is a direct copy from gcpedia too, will need to change that while I'm at it.
