Question: App-Specific Passwords

Is it possible to configure the icloud3 addon with iCloud's "App-Specific Passwords" feature to potentially avoid the Two-factor authentication prompt every few months?

That would be nice and I tried everything I could do a few months ago without success. App specific passwords work with apps, not with web authentication used by iCloud3.

Thanks. I was just curious because the normal HA iCloud integration appears to require app passwords.

Is it possible to use the verification code sent to a phone number to authorize iCloud3 as opposed to the code sent directly to the iDevice?

Actually, the docs talk about app specific passwords but they really don’t with there either. The docs are incorrect from what I could tell.
