As an Admin, I want to be able to warn a user for violating the rules of forums so that they are aware they broke compliance rules

Acceptance Criteria

  • Scenario: Admin can warn a user for breaking forum rules
    • Given an admin has access to the forum
    • When a user breaks forum rules
    • Then the admin should be able to warn the user about their violation
  • Scenario: User receives warning notification
    • Given a user has been warned by an admin for breaking forum rules
    • When the user is notified of the warning
    • Then the user should receive a notification about the warning and its reason
