I tried to tick it every single time, but it is persisting in asking me every time.

If you verify multiple albums in batch mode, tick Remember my choice and click Yes to overwrite, then the .accurip files will be overwritten automatically for the subsequent albums.
Prerequisite:
Settings - AccurateRip - Verify: Write AccurateRip log enabled

Sure, but the thing is I will never ever use batch mode. I may need to take different actions based on the quality of the rip, so each one gets processed individually..

On top of that, even if I would use batch mode, the next time I launch CueTools it's straight back to asking again.

What is it with folks posting workarounds? I just want this to actually do what it says. Click once and forget the dialog even exists.
