Enabling MQTT breaks Interface #54

Describe the bug
Enable MQTT, and you can no longer access the interface.

The error below is reported. Only by deleting the MQTT section from the yaml was I able to get back into the interface. Enabling it promptly broke it again.

Home Assistant: v0.83.2

This Panel: v1.3.4

This seems to occur if MQTT service shuts down unexpectedly. I'm going to close this, but HCA should do a better job of describing the error.
