"Frequency limit rule" for amends etc.

Hi there,

I'm looking at https://www.gate.io/docs/developers/apiv4/en/#frequency-limit-rule, "Perpetual swaps", and I have a couple of questions:

• Which category applies to "order amends"? Is it the "Private endpoints" one? In general, do "Place orders" and "Cancel orders" endpoints apply to anything but placing/cancelling orders (their include says blah etc. which is confusing a bit)
• The 400 r/s limit is separate for "Private endpoints" and "Cancel orders", right?
• I assume the "Perpetual swaps" applies to both Perpetual Futures and Delivery Futures, right?
