Describe the bug
On July 25, 2020, we installed myProxy on khoa.app server. Subdomain mappings were not showing up because pm2 was not a command on myproxy user.

Suspicion: nodejs was not properly installed on myproxy user. Possible cause is the server's root user had nodejs installed with nvm, therefore node is not available to all users in the system...

Possible solution:
During setup, check if nodejs is available under myproxy user.
