Start myProxy automatically when server restarts #362

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I restart my server I have to restart myProxy manually.

Docs to on how to setup myProxy on server restart.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Add to setup script a section that updates the startup file.
