bucket name check fail

Even if you enter cos bucket + appid in the bucket name, an error occurs when checking the bucket name when running logstash.

for example.. bucket name is abc-log-1234567 (bucket name: abc-log, appid: 1234567)
logstash error : Error: please make sure bucket name must contain legal appid when appid is missing. example: music-1251122334

It is the same even if hyphen included in the bucket name. ex) abc-1234567

please, check this issue

ps. error occur config file in logstash version 7.4.0(include over version)
e.g. "bucket" is X -> bucket is O (It does not apply to double quotes)
