Add a button to disable the display auto-scaling when resizing

Playing with simulation and multiple displays, for ex, Ant Foraging

When we resize the view, the display is auto-scaled with the new size of view

It is normal but in some case that user dont want the scaling, it should only be translated (may be by anchors).
I found the anchor facet in draw but it must be declare in each draw statement. So it would be nice if we have a button on toolbar of view , as same as the lock Camera, ie. Lock Scale/ Lock Pan
