[Feature request] Agenda / organisation for topic pages

We have a ton of tutorials & subsections

I had a go at using the Agenda feature for the training page, put it didn't render if in the metadata file, and then only rendered if in the index and then it was halfway down the page.

Plus, it doesn't actually pick up the subtopic headings at all.

Request:

• Get it to render in the metadata file so it can be above the first subtopic
• Get it to pick up the subtopics
