A user has contacted the Galaxy Australia helpdesk because we don't have interactive_tool_blobtoolkit. Is this something that could be PR'd to the galaxy code base? I couldn't find any open PRs for it.

This has been added to Galaxy's code base now galaxyproject/galaxy#18630
