Request for addition of paged dashboard option in addition to current infinite scroll dashboard.

reasoning:

  1. allows for easier navigation back to point on dashboard after viewing a posts notes
  2. gives easy stopping points to help self-limit use
  3. probably would improve preformance on slower devices, as i notice slowing down after a few pages of infinite scrolling (with a very bad device, but still)

I am working on some optimizations but I can look into this once I get bsky working
